Skills Centre Term 1

Our Term 1 Skills Centre is currently running — a programme for Juniors and Fun Footballers which is designed to ​​​​​​​build confidence and sharpen skills ahead of season start

This programme is perfect for:

• Development players wanting to fine-tune their skills before the season starts

• Social players ready to take their game up a level

• Players curious about Development football and keen to see if it’s right for them

• Anyone in the community thinking about playing this season and wanting to try GFC

You don’t need to be a club member to take part, we welcome any child aged 7-12 keen to advance their game!

Quality Coaching

Sessions are delivered by our JS3-qualified coaching team. This year, we’re excited to welcome Coach Jordan Cooper and his team, joining Coaches Enzo and Willie to deliver an engaging, high-quality programme focused on getting players up to speed before kick-off.

Dates

The six week programme runs at Wainoni Park on Tuesdays from February 24 - March 31. We are still taking sign ups, at a pro-rata price of $25 per session, as below.

Session Times 

• Grades 8 & 9 (born 2017–2018): 4pm–5pm

• Grade 10-12 (born 2014-2016): 5pm–6pm (note: earlier than previously advertised)

Each session runs for one hour.

Cost

NOW $100 for the remaining four weeks of the programme

What to Bring

Training gear, shin pads and a water bottle.
